I need a header design for my eBay store

Information for the business: We sell laptops online mainly Dell Latitude and Lenovo

Design details: We are looking for a designer to help us redesign our header for our eBay listings. What we are looking for is a clean crisp header which invites our customer to read more! In this we will include our accreditation, a live chat link and customer support contact details along with our logo

This design will be using the Widgetchimp listing tool, if you are familiar with this tool let us know. This tool is not an easy cut and paste job. It also has a dynamic menu which is rather limited but very useful for our future listing strategy

Ideas for the visual style: White and fresh with images of laptops or desktop pcs very simple but effective
