I need a graphics designer for a logo and small sticker

I am looking for a designer to help me design a new brand logo and a sticker that will be going onto the product.

I am going for a rhino theme logo, originally i would like a fierce looking rhino head on graphic with my brand name in an arch around the picture. But if you have any ideas i would love to have some inspiration. I have a little document of things i would like to replicate if you could design a rhino like that but more marketable and distinctive it needs to stand out but be simple. I would also like the name RYNO in an arc stretching across the top of the picture in green.

The sticker side of it that is an idea i made quickly on paint as that is the only tool i have. I would like 75% of the sticker black with the logo and name on the far left then i would like a fade or slow transition into the green trying to make t look futuristic or binary type with the squares

The sticker that is going onto the product is a very small sticker it will only be around 15cm by 0.4cm so please consider this for the clarity of the picture and logo.

I have a vague idea of what i would like but i need someone to help me get it into a reality.

I believe i am very easy to work with and hope that i get a great graphic designer who i will be able to work with for future projects.
