have already sent a proposal. Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a graphic file and I am told I cannot enlarge it bc of the poor pixel quality. I am told one can fix this in Adobe. If so, could you please fix my graphic and enlarge or enable me to enlarge so once it is large it will still be in good quality. I am wanting a rather large picture over my couch.

how alrge is yor couch what size . A4 normally high resolution do want around 1000 pixels or 3000 pixels . do have an idea on size yes image can be enlarged

It is not possible! Be wary of people who claim they can do this. A picture is restricted by the number of pixels. You can't work with pixels that aren't there. You can reduce and maintain quality but never increase. There will always be pixelated results.
