I need a funding proposal document in word made to look presentable

Design details: I have an 8 page word document that will be a funding proposal. Pretty straightforward but I need it to be made more presentable- add in colours, make the data in the tables stand out, just make it look professional and presentable, doesn't have to be major creative piece. Would like this to form a template I can use for future proposals.

Still finishing the proposal so not ready to send yet
