I need a design to be done

Design details: Need writing to be distorted , also static and colour bleed for the black background. Slight pixelation on text,

Use BAPE font for website and add black outline to all font, make the same effect for the background, the ape logo use the 3d effect and chopped effect on the font.
Ideas for the visual style: size -34mm(h) x 64(w)mm, 2mm bleed(read artwork lines)
Extra notes: If you group each textline so i can make any final size and order alterations on the text, also the text has to be an outline, art lines: http://www.stickythings.co.uk/artwork-guidelines
