I need a bespoke illustration for a gift box

I need a designer to create me a bespoke illustration along with a technical package (for the manufacturers) for a sock line gift box. You must be really good at free hand drawing as I don’t just want images from the net just gathered together. The measurements of the box are as follows Wx34.5cm Lx25.5 Hx5cm and it’s a box with a lid.

I want the illustration to be luxurious but quirky and vibrant in colours and be unisex (not too manly and not too girlie). I want the design to take up the sides of the box as well as the lid. My target audience I’d say from 20-45 year olds that enjoy wearing bright coloured socks that look fun. I’ve attached some pieces of artwork that I like the feel of so you get a general idea of the things I like, however, I am open to listening to other ideas. I’ve already got a logo which I want on the box as well. It can be either centred in the middle of the box and the illustration surrounded around it, or it can be placed in the bottom right corner of the illustration. Alternatively, you can sketch the logo into the design if you have a vision for that. I’m not fussed where the logo goes as long as the business name can be seen.

Please note, unlimited revisions is required, but as long you’re good at your job, this shouldn’t be an issue. I suggest we bang heads at first with ideas and directions. Then come up with a few rough sketches and then decide on what way we want to take the project and start finalising things.
