I need a 2D diagram copied in a printable format by 23 October

The job I have looks well within your skills. I've got a pretty simple 2D diagram in pdf format, which meets my needs but includes some elements which I want removed entirely or slightly amended. The end product would be minimum 80% straight copy of the original, in a Microsoft-compatible format (for example MS Visio) that enables the image to be printed in any size A4 to A1. The attached file shows the complexity of the design - pretty simple. There is no copyright violation - the creators explicitly state that the template is free for use by any non-profit organisation (which is my intended purpose). Timeline for project completion is 23 October. I'm based in the UK and prefer to communicate by phone & email (ideally not email alone) to explain/agree the alterations and approve final design.
