I need 75 pet designs created for commercial use (p.o.d)

I'm starting a business printing various 'funny' animal designs on t-shirts, pens, mugs etc. and would like 75 (to start off with - but will increase to approx 500-700 total) different designs to be created for commercial use/printing on demand.

I'm currently asking for 5 different designs of each dog breed in each colour (e.g. 5 designs of a brown pug, 5 designs of a black pug - so 10 would total that breed), and I'm envisioning the following designs...

* Dog Bobblehead - whereby the dog has a HUGE grin on its face, and the head is oversized compared to the rest of the body

* Dog Superhero - whereby the dog is flying through the sky in a Superhero costume

* A 'cloud' of symbols (which in cartoons symbolise swearing), with the dog to the side covering its face with its paw where it's laughing

* Dog 'side of the mouth' eating off of a plate with a 'derp' face, and its mouth covered in gravy/sauce etc.

*Dog with its bottom toward you, but the dog is turning around poking its tongue out at you.

With all of the above, I can happily provide a drawing of what I'm envisioning if this helps.

I also have a list of all of the dog breeds that I'd like, along with pictures of them so that it helps show you the colourings, markings, features etc.

They can't have any watermarks, logo's, copyright restrictions etc. as I'd like to purchase these as a 'one-off' and use them for my sole business use.
With this project, I would like for you to have been on PPH for some time (and continue to be), as this will be a long term project that I go back to you for as and when I need new designs in the same drawing style.

It would also be preferable to have the images in a 'vector' format, so that I can resize the images without any loss of quality.

I will also ask for an example drawing/creation before deciding on a full commission, and I have attached 2 examples of the animation style I would like it in - but I'm open to feedback/changes if you think it would suit a better style.
