I have an existing pdf train map i want copying so I can edit with some text

Design details: i can supply the metro map for newcastle (nexus tyne and wear metro map) and i want to replicate the map and put in editable text to show average property rental prices at each stop - i can provide an example of what has been one on the London tube map to reflect property rental prices at each stop.
the text must be editable so we can resume the map each month with new figures.
i want to also add out logo onto the map
