High quality video graphic design wizard required

Design details: Hi,

I have 4 PowerPoint slides and basically are made up of text and a few images (a few logos and a banner). Theses are to be placed before and after a video clip. What I need is someone to take the slides and create them into something very graphically pleasing - possibly even animated if you have the talent! They are dull and boring at the moment and need to look fantastic. The native resolution of the video clip is 1280 x 720 at 25p.

I would like this to look pretty spectacular, so whoever sounds like they can deliver the goods, will get the job. This whole video will be placed on YouTube. Some of the slides have hyperlinks and it would be awesome if in some way these could be made active so that the view can interact and click on them and be taken to the site.

This is a confidential project so I will only release the slides to the person who is successful, but they only contain text, images and hyperlinks, thats all.
