Help with Photoshop/Illustrator skills assessment

I have put together a skills assessment test to assist in the recruitment of graphic designers/artworkers. It's three tasks that should be completed in about an hour.

I need to try this assessment out with a few junior or mid-level artworkers/designers to make sure it works, and makes sense.

Only people who regard themselves as technically skilled in Adobe Illustrator please. You'll need some Photoshop skills as well.
