Head turnaroound in photoshop

Please take a look at the attached file (turnaround.jpg) as example of what I need. I have two images, a male and female (african couple.jpg). I need a turnaound just like the one shown in (turnaround.jpg) for both the male and female. But only the head and neck, not the body. You don't need to draw the head scarf or cap. The drawings needs to be a photoshop .psd file so I can edit it.
