Graphic of a woman's head/shoulders & hand/wrist as template for jewellery images

Design details: I need a graphic of a woman's torso - it must show the ear and neck/decolettage and also a hand/arm. This should be supplied as a high res graphic either as a .psd or .jpg
The graphic will be used as a "model" for jewellery to show the scale of the jewellery for online sales. I need to be able to superimpose earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings.
The image needs to be quite simple yet realistic with natural proportions. The head should be side profile (showing ears) with the shoulders facing forwards to dispay necklaces. One hand/arm across the body towards to shoulder - I'm open to suggestions on this but it needs to look natural and not awkward.
The lady should be art deco in style with slight 3 dimensional shading. I have uploaded an image of a 1920s mannequin which I would like emulated - but she needs an arm/ hand in there somewhere!
I have also added an image of the kind of template we are currently using - we want it to be the same in terms of colour (i.e grayscale with white background) and the way the "bust" curves but a better execution plus addition of arm/hand to display necklaces/earrings!
I have no idea how to price this... open to suggestions. I actually did the current template using very poor photoshop and sketching skills and it took me about 30 minutes but I am not really skilled enough to do one with an arm/hand and I'm not 100% happy with the look of mine as it looks a bit amateur.
