Graphic in Illustrator form a basic sketch / henna pattern

Hi,

I have this sketch as a basic design and I'm looking for someone to convert it into an Illustrator graphic.
Just a single - black colour or dark reddish brown, incorporating some Henna patterns.
(the date in the sketch should be March 22nd.)

This is a part of a wedding present for my friend, so I have rather small budget for this, can pay up to £24.
