Urgently need a few exceptional designers that are capable of redesigning home pages and landing pages of existing websites and for new websites whilst working with a fixed set of Conversion Rate Optimisation rules with regard to things that must be included in the design.

No programming or coding necessary just the design layouts are required. You must be reliable and available for ongoing work.
