Graphic Designer with bit some basic Web Design skills

I have a project delivery process design on a excel spreadsheet. I need this design transferred into graphics/website. The graphics on the excel spreadsheet is a quick mock up. I dont want it to look anything like this as design isnt good. It needs to be clean, professional. The home page would have what's on excel spreadsheet one which is:

IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITY > CONCEPT SELECT > DETAILED PLANNING > EXECUTION > REVIEW.

The second tab on excel spreadsheet will be the second page on website. The 3rd tab and then the final 4th tab.

Now what i need is either a graphic designer to create the graphics and layout for this age and i can put the website together or if you have both graphic and web designer skills then i will happily increase the budget for this for you to do it all.

NOTE: Only good quality graphic designers will be accepted.
