Looking for graphic design for my MobileTV App.

I need an Icon and others as you will see below.

The name of the app is MTNTV and I have attached the Logo of the Parent company doing for which I will brand the app.
Also attached is something that I could use but do not like for the App Icon

*** The splash screens should be done with the parent colors in mind, background colors should be oriented towards yellow
