Introduction

My name is Paul Sterling and I have been involved in sport at the highest level. My background includes boxing, athletics, martial arts, football and rugby.

I have been fortunate to have played rugby league at an international level as well as for Hull and Leeds Rhinos.

I am a qualified martial arts instructor in Ju Jitsu and have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2005. I have developed a series of unique training sessions that will enable anyone to achieve their goals.

They have been derived from my own experience and observations working with elite coaches in all the various sports.

I have set up a new fitness company with an innovative approach. I refer to it as lifestyle fitness management.

Mission Statement

A unique fitness plan designed around you based on your goals and objectives including your workout, mentoring, nutritional advice and monitoring.

What do we mean by “unique fitness plan”?

The unique fitness plan is to advise you of the workouts you should attend to get your “ideal” look.

What do we mean by your workout?

Your workouts will be carefully produced for you based on your goals and timescales

What is “mentoring”?

On-going personal support and advice from your own mentor (instructor)

What is nutritional advice?

We’ll advise you what to eat and just as importantly, when to eat.

What is monitoring?

Our unique software enables us to track and check your progress so that we can support and ensure you’re heading in the right direction of your goals.

2.Double sided 4 page Brochure and A5 leaflet (summary) to promote the business (your design)
3.Simple job banner advert (3ft high x 6ft wide) - see attached example
