Graphic design to create chalkboard art design for mug

Information on the business: We sell premium artisan gelato
Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: We need to create a design on a template (2.25"h x 8.5"w) that will be printed on a mug.
We want the design to have our logo, the company slogan (Freshly made hand crafted small batches of heaven), and possibly a few other words of interest.
To match our company character, we want to have a classic black and white chalkboard art that looks very hand designed - but polished. (Try googling chalkboard art if you are unfamiliar)
