Graphic design (Playing Cards) for t shirt (sketch provided)

Design details: Hi,

I need the sketch attached transforming into a graphic design suitable for screen printing.

I am open to any ideas or modifications you may have. Feel free to use your inspiration to modify the heart, diamond, club and spade.

I do not want bright colours, I want to use faint colours (red and black only).
