Graphic design needed

I need to produce 7-8 graphics similar to the attached "control screens" in the background of the attached photo. I've also attached another sample template I found online. Will be a variety of sizes, but all need to be in same theme. This is to design a space ship stage set for an escape room. The graphics will be printed and illuminated from behind.

Still waiting on sizes to be confirmed, but most will be approx 400x600mm, and then one large one at approx 2000x800mm (landscape). This larger graphics has to contain an image of the space ship in the style of the attached, and then have a title of "MARY" which shows that this stands for "Mining And Research Yacht".

I found some template files online, but I don't have the time and skill to pick out the elements I want and piece them together to produce a slick graphic.

Ideally it would be good to see examples of anything similar you've done, or a small sample of what you can produce in this style.
