Graphic design Mr Messy illustration for a Twitter avatar/ background

Goal Number 1: I'm after a mr messy (in the style of the mr messy at the top of my website = http://www.searchmuse.com/ ) holding a magnifying glass for my twitter background (as badly drawn/ showcased in the attachment to this brief)

Goal Number 2: The wider twitter background (in the badly drawn example attached to this brief) to have lots of pink scribble with journey markers on denoting the digital marketing customer journey (this bit will make sense further down the brief)

Overview:
I'm in digital marketing and have a blog called http://www.searchmuse.com/ .
My logo (top of the page) is mr messy (it is meant to illustrate the mixed up way people shop and buy stuff online).
I want to tie in my twitter profile ( https://twitter.com/searchmuse ) which is of me holding a magnifying glass (it is suppossed to stand for me looking into the digital online customer journey in detail) with my searchmuse.com blog.

Goal Number 1 Explained:
The way I have thought of integrating my twitter and blog more effectively is via a twitter image background visual and this is where you the designer comes in.
I want mr messy in the background of my twitter profile (as per the attachment) to be holding up a magnifying glass to my profile image (that is in turn holding up a magnifying glass).

Goal Number 2 Explained:
To carry on this integration I want the weird and wonderful customer journey people take online to be denoted in the wider twitter background (example attached).

Sizes: I'm not 100% sure of the sizes you need to work to hence I'm hoping as the designed you will know what each image needs to be optimised to.


Start date = 10th July

Deadline = 1st August

Style after = in keeping with the Mr Messy design

Expectations = After selection I would like:
1/a basic illustration of what you are planning to create.
2/ We then agree the style
3/ The mr messy with magnifying glass + background is created by the designer
4/ We then agree on any tweaks and the final version is created
5/ The 2 backgrounds are created, forwarded and I then pay the invoice with immediate effect
