Graphic design leads

I am offering a graphic design service that includes logo design, branding, marketing, advertising, web design and more.
I'm finding it hard to source new customers whilst trying to run my business.
My design services will be straightforward to sell as each service I provide has a fixed price range.
I am looking for a sales person who can work on a commission only basis to find graphic design work in the Torbay area.
To give you some idea the commission would be 10% for small jobs (value of job £200-900) 20% (value of job £1000-2000) rising to up to 35% or more for larger jobs (a value of £5000k ). This is just a guide as each job will be discussed individually and commission will always be fair.
Commission is paid once the prospective client has committed and has paid for the work.
I would like to meet the winning bidder so I would prefer someone who is based in Torbay or the South West.
