Graphic design/illustration

I’d like to have an illustration done but I don’t want it to be too much like a cartoon because of the nature of the photo. I have pictures of everything I’d like to have in the photo but they would need to be added together since I don’t have a photo of the actual scene I want done. If you can do something like this please let me know and I’ll give you further details. It is of a sexual nature if that is a problem for anyone.
