Graphic design help

I need to place an advert with a major publication and I have completed the artwork using adobe illustrator. I sent the file to the magazine who advised the following problems:
Correct print resolution needs to be(300dpi), not screen (72dpi).
CMYK, not ICC required based colours and no SPOT COLOURS.
3mm bleed.
This file doesn’t need to be 17MG. Far too big. Half a page should easily only be less than 5MG.
We need PDF version 1.3 (2001), nothing higher than that

I need someone to correct the settings on the file in a format that the magazine is happy with. I can provide the artwork on ai via dropbox.
This must be completed by 10am Thur 13th latest.
