Graphic Design for website guide

Hi There,

I need a proposal please for the design of a new website guide.

“Discover The Proven, 5 Step Formula For Building A Highly Profitable 20+ Property Portfolio With Just One Deposit.”

This will be attached to a sign up process on our website. The current word document needs to be designed with a nice background, header and footer and suitable images please.

I will provide our vector logo, and you can get an idea of our branding by looking at our new website, (not quite finished yet). http://www.creativepropertyinvestors.co.uk

If the images are going to be costly part of the proposal then I can provide some for you to use.

I have also attached a guide from one of our competitors to give you an idea as to what I am looking for.
