Graphic Design and Using CMS to Achieve Attractive Page Layout

Someone to work on our CMS controlled websites doing the following:-
(The sites have CMS and use FCKedotor /CKeditor)

- Setting up new pages (using CMS)
- Designing small graphic elements and/or finding suitable images from iStockphoto etc to enhance the pages
- Adding images to image galleries
- Rewriting at times required for these product descriptions

Applicants must be:
- Quite expert at this - quick and fast
- Good graphic design skills
- Good grasp of HTML so as to be able to clean up the code generated by the CMS
- Initiative so as you can be given a new products to add and you can do the rest ---- find images, modify text where appropriate etc etc

Please quote an hourly rate and state experience/reference works please.
