Gif Creation

Looking for creation of a GIF of a brick or block wall with 2019 painted/drawn on the wall, with a builder (with helmet and hiviz jacket UK Construction type) holding a breaker/drill horizontally at the wall and the "19" section of the wall crumbling/falling away to reveal 2020 (new year themed gif changing from 2019 to 202)
