Flyer Design and Facebook & Twitter Design for two companies

We need someone who's able to do a couple of different things for a new business offering.

Firstly, we need two e-flyers designing for a new product that we're offering. It's for a letting agent, and the product guarantees both the rent and the condition of the property for the landlord, whilst not taking any deposit from the tenant. We need one flyer to market this to the landlord, whilst the second flyer needs to market the same to the tenant, i.e. that letting a property through us means they do not need to pay a deposit. Once this is done, we would like our facebook and twitter sites to be brought in-line with the product branding and revamped to reflect this.

We will also need Facebook and Twitter redevelopment on a separate business, which we would like to have done at the same time. We require this to be done asap and will send you the copy you require. We are really looking for a great designer/programmer to get this job done.
