Floor plan, elevation, rendering.

I need a floor plan done of a roof top I am designing (I have a hand simple hand sketch to work off of), I need an elevation done for the same roof top (one elevation where most of the work will occur), once the floor plan and elevation are done - I would need a rendering to give the client a realistic sense of what it can look like.

Ultimately I will need;
a) Existing floor plan. (attached)
b) Existing elevation. (attached)
c) Proposed floor plan.
d) Proposed elevation.
e) Rendering (one).

I will need a blocking created to make it look professional with my company name & information.
