Flier design

Design details: We run Latin dance courses and we'd like a couple of fliers designed.
I am only advertising one job at a time as I want to make sure the person I work with provides passionate, eye-catching designs. If not I can advertise for a different designer.
So for this first job I will need the original artwork in a file, and a Facebook banner created using some or all of the fliers artwork.
Ideas for the visual style: Dance related, passionate.
Things to avoid: over crowding
Preferred colors: red's golds, yellow's, warm tropical colours.
Where the design will be used: website
Extra notes: below is the last design i had made but in hindsight there is no passion, nothing to make dancers think they want to attend the classes.
