I would like someone to recreate a photo as flat vector art which is fully scalable...
I have attached a before and after version to be used as examples of the style we are looking for.
This piece of work is to confirm capability, and if the quality is right, we would like to make a future agreement to produce multiple vector images from photo images of a similar style over an extended period.
