Flash and Gif Advert Design

I require a designer who is able to use Flash and Photoshop to bring my idea to life. I have a specific brief for you to work to, the design is mainly a black background with white text (play on words etc) so essentially the designer is simply bringing the idea to life. This should take a minimal amount of time and I am willing to pay up to £100 for a quick and professional job. I require a range of advert sizes using the same brief (I have an image to provide, which you will simply copy).
