Fix Graphics of existing Web Site

Design details: This job is to tidy up the graphics of a web site and update the form with new fields. The Site has two pages.

The current web site does not adapt to different browsers or resolutions and therefore does not look good. Using the same theme we simply need to have a proper set of files work with.

We are looking to receive the psd, html and css etc to enable us to wire up the site to the business objects already in place.

We will modify CSS as provided in your design. The design has to handle the form as described in the notes and feedback as per the second page on the url supplied.

So to sum it up, go to the site in the URL mentioned, look at it , look at the web form requirements provided , realised that you have to provide the design in line with what we have but better designed to handle the multi browser , multi resolution issues.
