Fashion style illustration

Hi, I'm looking for someone to produce a few different illustrations for me (this price is just for this one) the others will be smaller illustrations which I will post as different jobs after this is finished. The first one is a scene with a shop or building in the background where you can see clothes rail with baby clothes on, tables with baby items - then a lady outside pushing a pushchair holding bags and a lady that is pregnant holding bags (this is for a pre loved baby sale flyer and carrier bags) and a sign outside or above the shop saying pre loved baby sale. If you can incorporate the building in the photo but make the windows bigger that would be good

I want it very similar to the style in the photos attached
