Fashion Design for Start Up

Hello:
I am in the process of starting a small fashion retail business and I am in need of designs. The brand is influenced by the south, so this must be reflected in the design of course.

NOTES:
1. need about fifteen looks (both men and women)
2. fall/winter 2011
3. complete sourcing (trims, fabric, etc.)
4. complete technical packages and/or technical sketches
5. patterns and grading (not necessary but is a plus)
6. creative patterns, vibrant yet subdued colors
7. sophisticated yet youthful
8. pieces should high end but affordable ( think ZARA)
9. variety of pieces (trousers, blazers, dresses, vest, tees, cardigans, etc.)
10. embellishments welcomed
11. variety of fabrics
12. modern gentleman ( a tad bit androgynous)
13. think classic, chic, Grace Kelly, true luxury, rich and luminous colors

INSPIRATION:
1. Southern United States
2. Charleston, South Carolina
3. J. Crew is a decent representation of what I am looking for
