Email Templates to use in Windows Mail

I need different email templates to be designed around our current logos to enable me to follow up with clients in a more professional manner. I need one generic template i can use for normal emailing, as well as a "follow up" marketing email template that show individual services to chase a client with the right service rather than all at once. Either create a template that i can add the services to, or charge me to create them individually so i don't mess them up. Please price accordingly as to which is the best way to go. I would need one standard template and five individual "service" templates.

I would like the icons from our website and the main company logo to be used as we have just had all our vehicles wrapped to keep the same image consistent through our business.
