Email signature re-draw edit and sharpen

Hi thanks for all the replies. Having read through them I realise I have asked for slightly the wrong service. Allow me to update. What I have is a good quality illustrator file .ai, which needs stretching and turning into code to display in my mail I will also need instructions how to add the code to my signature. I also have a second signature which is in jpeg format which also needs the same service. Please provide cost to do the first one or both.

Design details: I have an image in my email signature, which I quite badly edited. it is Ok but needs re-drawing so it is sharp and the text also is very clear and fits better across the screen
