Draw out webtoon page

The attached image is a scene from a webcomic

I’m looking to have the rough storyboard turned into a clean lineart.
The work must be done in Clip studio paint.
The lineart must be done with the SU-cream pencil brush, which can be found in "clip studio assets"
The work must imitate the attached art style as if the same artist drew it.

Details:
- the work must be done within 3 days.
- the attached images are of the 2 characters present in the scene
- A detailed description of what is happening in the scene will be explained if you are hired.
