Draw a vector outline and delete the pixel outline

Hi,
I am in need of careful and PRECISE working designer, who will draw a vector line over my illustration.
You will have to:
1. Carefully delete the pixel outline in the photoshop.
2. Upload the PSD file in the illustrator.
3. Upload a jpg/png image with the original design for some comparison. (very important). Leave it next to your new ai artboard.
4. Draw vector brush line, where once was a pixel line. It should be done precise. You have to recreate the very similar wdth and look ( as it was on the pixel outline), so that I can't tell a difference. ( it may time some time )
5. Save the AI file. Leave the design artboard CLEAN and in layers.

Example nr.2 - explanation why we want to do this (please ZOOM to see the thick white line).The black pixel outline made a WHITE outline when was printed out, so that's why we decided to redraw it in the vector.

This example also shows h WHAT TO NOT DO. Our previous designer deformed our illustration with the line. ( see the red line doesn't go with the other line of the illustration). it looks like it was redraw, which is not the look we are seeking.
