Designer to Develop a Company/Business Report with Creative Graphic/Illustration/Phot

Information for the business: We are a market research company
Industry: Publishing/Journalism
Design details: I need someone to put together a business report template akin to a Annual Company Report that we can take and than populate with our text/copy.

The end product has to be able to be printed into a glossy/professional annual company report type product but also to be pdf to be delivered electronically to client. Likely number of persons to read report is 10 to 20 persons.

From a photo/theme perspective the topic has to do with specific dairy products (more to follow) across three global regions (Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and Middle East). We will be provide further specifics on actual countries should we go further.

We will want also to have a range of graphic produced as well as charts (bar/pie) that fit in with our company branding - this aspect can be replicated. However, the individual country theme (there are 13 markets we are looking at) needs to be done for each one.

We are open to working with any software tools the designer suggests and are happy to purchase our own licence if it can be demonstrated to meet the quality product we want to produce.

We want a deliverable working template by end of November.
