Design the back cover and spine of my book

I have a professional front cover for my novel (see attached) as produced for the Kindle edition. Now the book is ready to go to print, and a spine and back cover to compliment the front are now required.

Idea - For the title and author name to go on the spine in a font matching the front cover, with the boy and the dog from the front cover to be copied and pasted to the bottom of the spine. For the back cover to have the blurb written in a font matching the front cover, and potentially a simple design to compliment the front. All on white background.

Required dimensions and book blurb will be provided.
