Design nice layout for webpage

I am building a prototype for a website, unfortunately I am terrible for design. So I need someone that can make the attached draw to match the colors of a logo (which I will send to the most promising candidate) and make it look nice (and not a 1990 computer graphic). Also I need I need to improve how it looks by moving around the elements like the world map, graphs and text. The countries are a gradient between two different colors depending on a parameter. I would need an image of how the draw would look like (the fine details don't matter, just the main positions and colors), the main thing is how the layout and colors look. Also I need the rgb codes in order to program them in the website. I need this by Sunday 18.00 CET. If you truly surprise me with a very good design, I am happy to pay a bonus of 50% on the agreed price (of course this is very subjective, but I think if it the work is truly good we will both know clearly).
