Design Logo & Promo Banners for Website

I need a logo designed for an ECommerce site along with a couple of banners. The graphics are to be uploaded to a pre-designed template so would need to fit in with set sizes. For now i'm looking at one logo and 2 - 4 banners. There is likely to be more work in the future for this site and other projects. I had a good relationship with previous designer, but he now works full time so can't help me as much as I need or in good timeframe.
