Design/illustration required

Design details: Looking to create the attached (pdf) mockup design as a high quality graphic. There are notes on the pdf so please read these. I need 3 images and they must look like the two attached house images in terms of style/quality. For some background, the theory behind this image is to show people how a garden of one house could be split up and a new house built on it.
