Design/alter some Powerpoint slides for a presentation

I am looking for a talented individual to put together 4 pictures for me. They are essentially the same picture with some slight variation between them. So that, when I put them on consecutive PowerPoint slides it makes a nice semi-animated presentation. I want these in jpeg format in the same dimensions as a landscape powerpoint slide.

This task will need someone with the skills to photshop/AI an image in order to take portrait oriented image and make it into a Powerpoint background in landscape orientation. You will then need to overlay 2 text boxes, and add some arrows/highlights.I have a schematic on MS Word - you just need to take it and add your professional touch.

I can do this on Powerpoint myself - but I need something that looks professional for a presentation I need to give for work on monday morning. The successful candidate can look forward to further regular work if they impress me with their skills and speed.
