Design a price list

I need an experienced graphic designer to create an aesthetically pleasing price list brochure for an upcoming real estate development project. The development will include 14 appartments located in the west coast.

The price list should feature professional layout and formatting with appropriate use of images, fonts, colors and spacing. Key information like the location, sizes, features and prices of each unit must be clearly displayed. Attention to detail is important as the brochure will be the first impression for potential buyers. The designer must have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar desktop publishing software.

I am looking for a clean, minimal yet attractive design that will appeal to young urban professionals. The price list should exude quality and luxury to match the target market. Unit prices will vary from 400-500k$ so the brochure design must feel premium. A draft design should be submitted within 5 business days of project award for feedback and revision. Final deliverable must be high resolution to be uploaded on the website and for print-ready PDF. Payment will be made upon client approval of the final price list design. Experience creating marketing materials for real estate is preferred for this project.
