Design a New Decorative Wallplate Based on Current Design

I have a current light switch cover design (attached in this post). This is a popular selling item and a major customer likes it but requires they are the only seller of the item. I want to develop a new design based on this one, that they can have exclusively, which will be similar - but different. I need someone to take this design and illustrate other options of the same "look" for me to choose one for production.

I would need several illustrations to review concepts, and then choose one that will require a computer illustration to show the factory how to make the tooling/molds. 3D rendering is a bonus in final product design consideration since I could have it printed to see live, and share with the customer (but is not necessary).
