Design a logo - Cartoon drawing

I'm a freelance writer in the process of putting together a website to advertise my services. I would like a cartoon picture of me to go on the top right hand side of the page on the banner. The cartoon should be of me at my Mac with my name beneath the drawing and the copyright symbol. A sample of the type of cartoon I want is attached.

Again, I am a freelancer so my decision is going to be based on value for money. That being the case I can only consider bids that are accompanied by samples that show you have epxerience of producing something similar to what is in the attachment.
