Css design for web and mobile view

Have a simple CRM system and need a CSS design done for this.
Don\'t need any web coding done. Please do not waste both our times by offering this service.
Just need someone to make me a CSS and maybe an icon or two.
In particular I have;
* UL for horizontal menu
* Input/Select/Checkbox - very important this looks nice for data entry
* Fieldset and Legend to encompas data forms
* Validation
If you are familiar with ASP.NET MVC then I would like a template for that. See examples of all the tags on free css templates dot org.
Only have a limited budget for this, I expect someone could knock this theme out for me in a couple hours.
